Section 3
Staff Regulations
3.1 Registrar: 3.1.1 The Government of Nepal will appoint a Registrar to handle the administrative work of the Council. 3.1.2 The Registrar shall act as the Secretary of the Council. 3.1.3 The services, conditions and facilities of the registrar will be as specified. 3.1.4 In the absence of the registrar, the Government of Nepal may appoint any other authorized level employee of the council to carry out all the work he has to do. 3.2 Duties, Duties and Powers of the Registrar: 3.2.1 Duties, Duties and Powers of the Registrar shall be as follows:- 3.2.1.1 Examinations constituted as per Sub-Section 4.4.1 for the purpose of taking necessary action on applications submitted for name registration. Submit to the committee. 3.2.1.2 According to the decision of the Council subject to this act and rules, the names, addresses and qualifications of the physicians who are required to be registered from time to time shall be registered in the registration book and the certificate of registration shall be issued. 3.2.1.3 In case of the death of a registered physician or the removal of the names of physicians whose name has been decided by the Council to be removed from the register in accordance with this Act and Rules. 3.2.1.4 According to Section 4.6, if a registered physician has left the business or changed his address, he shall report accordingly in the registration book. 3.2.2 Other duties, duties and rights of the Registrar shall be as prescribed. 3.3 Employees of the Council: 3.3.1 The Council may appoint as many employees as necessary. 3.3.2 Employees appointed in accordance with sub-section 3.3.1 shall be under the supervision and control of the Registrar. 3.3.3 The services, conditions and facilities of the council employees will be as specified.
